September Design offers approachable, scalable interior design services for your renovation or revamp. My practical approach works within your budget so you can achieve a space you love.
01. Design Consultation
Talking about your project is the best place to start to get the ideas flowing. This may be the beginning of our work together or it might be enough to let you spread your wings and finish the project on your own.
Whats included?
A 1 hour in-home consultation or digital meeting to discuss your project or problem area.
You will receive a digital package including meeting notes and concept/mood board for the space.
Build it.
How much will it cost?
A one hour phone consult and digital package will cost $249 inclusive of GST.
A one hour in-person consult and digital package will cost $269 inclusive of GST.
02. Digital Renovator
Who is this for ?
If you already know pretty much what you want but need help pulling it all together or you really aren't sure at all. Let me help you define the style for your renovation.
Whats included?
ITEM 1: FIXTURES AND FITTINGS CONCEPT BOARD
Look and feel mood board for your room/space renovation
1x selected fixtures and fittings option with URL links for purchase
Costings summary spreadsheet
ITEM 2: SCALE DRAWINGS (based on measurements provided by the client)
Plan drawing
1-2 x Elevation drawings to show majority/most important fixtures and fittings placement
How does it work?
Kick- off: Brief phone call and email with everything I will require from you. Including how to measure your space.
Initial design consultation of up to one hour - this can be skype, facetime or phone call.
1-3 concept boards: as a result of our consultation and any ideas you have you will receive your digital mood board/s.
Selection of 1x concept by client: Once you have reviewed the concepts we will confirm by phone or email with allowance of one round of changes.
Online shopping list: Based on the concept selection a shopping list of fixtures and fittings is compiled for you to purchase everything you need for your project.
Allowance for 1 round of changes if required.
Scale drawings: Now that we have all our fixtures and fittings we can put them into the space. 1-2 Scale elevation drawings are also provided based on requirements. To make sure your trade’s placement is spot on!
Now you have all you need to go ahead and finish your project! But don't worry I am still available for back up if you need me.
Add ons
Coloured Mockup: Not quite convinced by the selections? Let me do a coloured (rendered) mockup of your scale drawings to see almost exactly what it will look like.
Project Check in: want to make sure your project is all going to plan? Let me liaise with your trades to make sure its all coming together as planned.
In-home measure up: Take the guess work out of it - I can come to you and measure up the space.

ITEM 3: SHOPPING
I can organise the purchase of all your goods for you and have them delivered onsite.
ITEM 4: PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Depending on the trades you have chosen, I cn organise project management to make sure the project flows smoothly.
How does it work?
Kick- off: Brief phone call and email with everything I will require from you. So we are on the same page with what you require.
Initial design consultation of up to one hour - this can be via phone or in person, this is usually better for larger projects.
1-3 concept boards: as a result of our consultation and any ideas you have I will put together concept boards to be sure of the direction you want to go.
Selection of 1x concept by client: Once you have reviewed the concepts we will confirm by phone / email / in person one design concept for each space, with allowance of one round of changes.
Based on the concept selection I will put together a spreadsheet of all fixtures and fittings required. As well as sample selections for review. Once this is done, we can review and confirm with meeting.
Allowance for 1 round of changes if required.
Scale drawings: Now that we have all our fixtures and fittings we can put them into the space. 1 plan drawing plus 1-2 scale elevation drawings are also provided based on requirements. If required we can mock up a rendered version of elevations so you are sure on your decisions.
Now we have all we need to go ahead and finish your project. From here we can purchase and project manage the renovation. We can decide how much you would like to manage yourself and what I can help with.
How much will it cost?
More in-depth projects such as these need to be assessed individually and I will provide you with a quotation.
Alternatively you can allow for my hourly rate of AUD$90.
